I came here since it was next to our hotel. I haven’t been here in years. I had the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and mushrooms and my bf had the never ending pasta with italian sausage. I enjoyed my meal and was super happy I came here. The porta Vita wine for $20 was also surprisingly good. I’m a fan of Olive Garden and will definitely come back!
We gave it a second chance and Aileen made our visit memorable.
The food was way better, wait time was better even though it was busier.
Still not my favorite location but if in the area we will come back.

Maybe it's because its new or it was lunch time or they're understaff, don't know and we really tried to be understanding but after our group was seated, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our appetizers,
Although it was very Olive Garden in taste, the new decor and feel was very clean and modern, we were very disappointed. Our server tried, but for now we'll stick with our Kissimmee location.
Came here today and won’t be coming back for a longg time. When we were given a table, the floor in front of it had crumbled cloth napkins and paper napkins and our seats had crumbs and crayons from previous customers. When i got my first drink the glass was dirty with specks and after i was brought another one with a bigger chunk of nastiness. After already walking into a place where i have to clean my own seats and sit next to dirty napkins the least i would want is to drink out of a clean cup like really?
Our family has had dinner twice at this location. The decor and ambiance is very different from any other Olive Garden. The service has been very good. An Olive Garden menu is the same everywhere nonetheless, the soup and salad option is what we usually go for and it was well served.
First time at this Location. Service was great , food was delicious hot and fresh. Had the Taste of Italy , artichoke dip , chicken soup & fried lasagna . It's an inviting atmosphere. Lots of parking and it's handicap accessible.
Perfect for families, friends , dates... You name it
I highly recommend at least trying one or twice .
Try every item if possible!
Only flaw was there were bread/food crumbs on all the bar stools (which the Great bartender kindly took care of) excellent service from this gentleman . Very well spoken , knowledgeable and kind .
and at front door ,the glass had many hand prints . While I understand it's not easy to maintain all day due to incoming and outgoing traffic , I did come in at 11:06 am when they first opened , so it shouldn't be that way specially if 4 people are just standing at the Hostess stand. It's no big deal . But presentation is key to the success of this new location .
Arrived at 11:20 AM. Asked to wait 10 minutes, even though we could see a nearly empty dining room. After being ignored for 17 minutes and the other three groups waiting were all seated, we expressed our extreme displeasure with the manager (who was handling a carry-out complaint) and went next door to Longhorn. Longhorn seated us the moment we walked in!
Came here on Dec. 30th it was very busy, but we barely waited 30 minutes to be seated. Our server Jack was a great dude, very friendly, very homie. He recommended food with honest opinions, which made my partner’s ordering process a lot easier. Jack checked up on us very regularly, even though his service area was so busy. This guy needs a raise asap.
The food was extremely under-seasoned and the Alfredo sauce was watery. We ended up eating the salad with breadsticks. The service was great but the food lacked flavor and quality. The server offered to notify the manager of our dissatisfaction with the food. The manager never came to our table. I normally LOVE Olive Garden, and usually go to the Kissimmee location. I figured I’d give this location a try. Never Again!
